I’m a digital publisher and small business owner based in Guttenberg, New Jersey. After graduating from Baruch College, I spent the last three years building KartiKart.com, a minimalist jewelry brand that donates 5% of every sale to fighting human trafficking.

Along the way, I discovered a passion for building niche information sites that help people navigate topics that are often confusing, full of jargon, or buried behind paywalls. I built this site to be the injured-worker-first authority on workers’ comp: every state gets a guide with the exact weekly benefit caps and body-part settlement values, every injury gets a plain-English breakdown of what it is typically worth, and every common question – fired, denied, doctor choice, taxes – gets a real, state-aware answer, plus free tools to estimate your settlement, calculate your weekly benefit, and figure out whether you need a lawyer.
